I guarantee live arrival of all my animals, except in the case of Carrier Delay or failure to sign for package. All animals are guaranteed to be healthy, feeding , and properly sexed. If you are not 100% satisfied please contact me within 24 hours for a Refund. Shipping is Non-Refundable. The animal must be properly shipped back at Your Expense with in 48 hours of delivery.

Shipments are sent via FEDEX and I only ship in temperatures between 40F-90F degrees. Contact me with a Zip Code for a shipping quote. All shipments sent FEDEX must be signed for and will not be left at the door.

Full payment is required before shipping. I accept checks, money orders, and PayPal. Checks and Money Orders must clear before shipping. Refunds will not be offered unless I can't provide the animal You purchased. However I do offer a credit for a purchase at a later date. Please make all checks and money orders out to Cold Blooded Addiction.

Payment Plans Available on Orders over $500 dollars!!! Animals can be Reserved with a 25% Non-Refundable deposit (unless I can not provide the animal). I can work out 3-6 month payment plans, depending on the total.
